| I have a few of the Gene dolls by Mel Odom, and a few Barbies. |

My favorites would be Barbies from the 1980's (my childhood!) and my other childhood dolls like Lady Lovelylocks, Moondreamers and Flower Princesses and Princes.
I loved Jem, the show, as a kid! I never had a doll of her actually. I bet she rocked! |

Favorite non-BJD? Though question... I have quite a few, but I guess one of the ones at the top of my list would be the rag doll my great-grandmother made for my grandma when she was a little girl. It was made to look like her best friend.
I am also quite fond of my porcelain dolls, one of my favorites but less quality ones being this one of a young lady (age at 20 or so) with brown hair. I'll take a picture of her when I get home. I love the way her face is! Unfortunately, she was a yard sale find and is missing a finger, her shoes and her original hat. No box. Lady hosting the yardsale said that an elderly woman actually took the hat and shoes off of her and walked off with them stuffed in her pocket. ;_; Can't find her anywhere on ebay, etsy, etc.
Other than that, my top favorites were barbie dolls (yay for the Grecian Goddess, the American Indian princesses, and the blue hair gymnast ones!) and, admittedly, my Sailor Moon dolls (namely Jupiter and Venus. XP ) |
